WCR Construction, LLC was formed in June of 2013 primarily to provide Roofing & Metal Services for the commercial and industrial construction industry in the Texas Hill Country but we have completed projects all over the state of Texas as well as New Mexico.
The ownership and management team of Martin Riley and David Carroll have based our business model to reflect the heart of Jesus. We pride ourselves in Safety, Quality, Honesty & Integrity.
Martin and David have combined experience of more than 60 Years with projects spanning the Globe. Our experience and expertise enables us to handle the most complex roofing and siding projects.
